叉烧酥是广东省的地方传统名点,属于粤菜系。由于是烤的,所以它比其他点心较为干身,切开后露出叉烧馅料,渗发出阵阵叉烧的香味。叉烧酥的温度是优劣的关键,拿出后放在烤架拿出后放在烤架上冷却,这个时候的叉烧酥都是很酥很酥的,放进密封盒后会稍软,但是也很好吃。
