高压锅又叫压力锅，压力煲，是一种厨房的锅具。压力锅通过液体在较高气压下沸点会提升这一物理现象，使水可以达到较高温度而不沸腾，以加快炖煮食物的效率。用它可以将被蒸煮的食物加热到100℃以上，在高海拔地区，利用压力锅可避免水沸点降低而不易煮熟食物的问题。 其优点在于省时及节能，缺点在于不正确操作或有瑕疵时，有可能会爆炸造成伤害。
