南华系（Nanhuan System）是我国地层委员会决定的一个系级地层单位，的时代属新元古代。位于新元古界中部，下与青白口系相接，上为震旦系所覆。2000年第三届全国地层会议决定新建立的一个系级地层单位。其范畴基本上为原震旦系的下统。系名取意于“南华大冰期”，代号“Nh”。层型区位于华南地层区，分下、上两统。
