劳动合同的终止，是指劳动合同的法律效力依法被消灭，亦即劳动合同所确立的劳动关系由于一定法律事实的出现而终结，劳动者与用人单位之间原有的权利和义务不复存在。
劳动合同终止的条件；
第二十三条劳动合同期满或者当事人约定的劳动合同终止条件出现，劳动合同即行终止。
