劳动合同的变更是指在劳动合同开始履行但尚未完全履行之前,因订立劳动合同的主客观条件发生了变化,当事人依照法律规定的条件和程序,对原合同中的某些条款修改、补充的法律行为。
变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
