过程质量控制（制程质量控制），(Producing Quality Control)PQC，简称过程控制（制程控制）。所谓制程控制是指 第一：对每批次开拉或更换产品时的首件产品确认,并给予生产部生产产品的标准，首检有告知、预防功能； 第二：对在线产品的检验要求应按首件样品要求进行控制，意为正式生产时所有的产品必须符合首件样品的要求，且在开拉前一定要做来料检验就是对快要生产的产品的原材料进行确认物料的正确性。
