利特伍德（Littlewood，Joan1914～ ），英国导演。她出身伦敦一工人家庭，毕业于皇家戏剧艺术学院。在曼彻斯特电台工作时创建戏剧联盟，1939年解散，1945年改组为戏剧工作室，在国内外巡回演出。1953年开始，她以皇家剧院为固定演出场所，演出了B.贝汉的《死囚》、《人质》、S.迪雷尼的《尝尝蜂蜜》等剧，并取得世界声誉。利特伍德的导演有些地方受到布莱希特的影响，如在演出中插入音乐、歌曲等。
