目的：观察曲马多加入利多卡因注射液中对腋路臂丛神经阻滞的效果。

Method: Fetal rat microglia in brain was isolated and purified by lidocaine hydrochloride with shock culturing. The purification of microglia was detected by immunofluorescence and flow cytometry.
结果：复方盐酸普鲁卡因注射液药效均强于相同浓度的盐酸普鲁卡因与盐酸利多卡因。
