切法在中医学中有两种代指，一是刺法名，出自《黄帝内经》“切而散之”，是针刺前对穴位进行按压的描述，可令气血宣散，达到更好的针刺目的；二是推拿手法，古籍中亦有两处代指，指的是今天的掐法和击法（侧击法）。
