分化抑制，条件反射受到抑制的一种情况。在条件反射形成初期，类似于条件刺激物的刺激也会引起条件反射，成为条件反射的泛化现象；如果只给条件刺激物强化，其他刺激不予强化，这样，对其他刺激的反应就会逐渐消失，即分化抑制。条件反射的抑制，是巴甫洛夫发现的几个高级神经活动的基本规律之一。
