凝聚法是指使分子或离子状态药物凝聚成不溶性的药物微粒从而制备混悬剂的方法。目前主要使用微粒结晶法。该法将药物溶解于良性溶剂中制成热饱和溶液,在急速搅拌下加入另一种冷却的不良溶剂中,使药物快速结晶,得到10μm以下(占80%~90%〕的微粒,再将微粒混悬于分散介质中制得混悬剂。 在本法中,影响微粒粒径和均匀度的因素很多,如药物的量、溶剂的种类和用量、温度、搅拌速度、加入速度等,因此必须经过试验获得适宜的析晶条件。
