冻害，是农业气象灾害的一种，即在0℃以下的低温使作物体内结冰，对作物造成的伤害。常发生的有越冬作物冻害、果树冻害和经济林木冻害等。冻害对农业威胁很大，在我国主要发生在西北、华北、华东、中南地区，主要的受害对象是冬小麦、油菜、蔬菜及葡萄、柑橘、油茶、茶树等经济果木。
