决策学（Science of Decision Making） 以决策为研究对象的综合性学科。主要研究决策原理、决策程序和决策方法，探索如何作出正确决策的规律。是社会化大生产的直接产物，对于实现决策的科学化和民主化具有十分重要的意义。 决策学是一门研究科学决策的理论、原则、程序和方法的新兴综合性学科，它产生于本世纪50年代的美国，其创始人是美国的诺贝尔奖金获得者赫尔伯特西蒙。
