冬宫桥是连通圣彼得堡本土中心地区与斯特列尔区的一座桥梁，长260米、宽27.7米。涅瓦河上的固定桥梁中，它是第二个被建造的(最早的是冬宫桥下方的施米特中尉桥，完工于1850年)。最早的宫殿桥是1825年建造的浮桥，1916年才完成了固定桥的建设。
