农药安全使用标准，是指为安全合理使用农药，防止和控制农药对农产品和环境的污染，保障人体健康，促进农业生产而制订的标准。该标准规定了不同剂型农药常用药量、最高用药量、施药方法、最多施用次数、最后一次施药离收获的天数（安全间隔期）等。适用于为防治农作物（包括粮食、棉花、蔬菜、果树、烟草、茶叶和牧草等作物）的病虫草害而使用的农药。
