第十五条对被确定服军官预备役的人员，应当确定职务等级。
Article 15 Post grades shall be determined for persons who have been assigned to serve in the reserve of officers.
预备役军官享有本法规定的因服军官预备役而产生的权利，享受国家规定的有关待遇。
Reserve officers shall enjoy such rights deriving from their reserve service as specified in this Law and such benefits and treatment as prescribed by the State.
第二十七条转服军官预备役的军官和文职干部，其预备役军官军衔，按照其原现役军官军衔等级或者文职干部级别确定。
The ranks of reserve Captain, Lieutenant and Second Lieutenant shall be conferred with the approval of the heads of units at the divisional level that have the power to appoint and remove officers.
