《公务员录用规定（试行）》是由中华人民共和国人事部二○○七年十一月六日发行的第7号文件。主要包括公务员录用计划与招考公告，报名与资格审查等九个章程。
第二条本规定适用于各级机关录用担任主任科员以下及其他相当职务层次的非领导职务公务员。
