由上海市大学生创业基金会主办的2008 大学生创业周暨全球创业周中国站的主题活动将于 2008 年 11 月 17 日 至 11 月 23 日 在北京和上海两地同时开展。创业周开幕式，定于11月18日上午在上海松江大学城的复旦视觉艺术学院千人剧场举行。开幕式将以“放飞梦想·创响中国”为主题，希望能通过以为期一周的主题活动向世界展示中国创业实践和创业文化，鼓励年轻人激发创新能力、想象力及创造力，通过推动当地和全球的创业活动，加速全球创业事业的发展。
