基本介绍 细胞生长发育过程中，处于不同阶段的细胞，如原始细胞、幼稚细胞、成熟细胞，其表面有不同的标记，根据这些不同的标记，利用单克隆抗体检测相应的白细胞表面或细胞浆内的抗原，使用相应的抗体将细胞分类，精确地了解被测白细胞的不同分化阶段，决定属于那种类型的白血病。此种白血病的分型即为免疫分型。
