光量子血疗法是取患者少量血液到体外进行特定波长的紫外线辐射及同步高氧合处理，然后再输回人体的一种治疗方法。该疗法能提高机体的抗感染力、免疫力，降低血脂、血糖、血粘度，改善微循环，促进机体的氧代谢和能量代谢。 因本疗法的上述作用，故临床可用于脑积水引起的神经系统损害的康复治疗。 治疗时每次可抽取患者静脉血500ml左右。抽出后经抗凝血紫外线辐射、同步高氧合处理后回输。每3-5天治疗1次，5天为1个疗程。必要时间隔1-3月后酌情重复应用。
