偶方，方剂学名词。系七方之一。药味合于双数或由两味药组成的方。《儒门事亲》卷一：“偶方之说有三，有两味相配之偶方，有古之复方之偶方，盖方之相合也，病在下而远者，宜偶方也；有数合阴阳之偶方，谓二、四、六、八、十也，皆阴之数也；君二臣四、君四臣六，亦合阴之数也，故偶方宜汗不宜下。”
