俞穴，五俞穴的一种，均位于手或足部。《灵枢．九针十二原篇》：”所注为俞“。也就是在经脉流注方面好像水流逐渐淮集输注到更大的水渠一样。 俞穴也叫“腧穴”或“输穴”。即广泛地指穴的总称，也即穴的别名。
目的：探讨肾俞穴在延缓衰老中的作用。
