Article 90 Where a securities firm collects charges in violation of provisions, it shall be punished by the competent authority according to law.
违反本条例的规定，旅行社以低于旅游成本的报价招徕旅游者的，由价格主管部门依法给予处罚。
In case a travel agency, in violation of the Regulation, solicits tourists at the quota lower than the tourist cost, penalty shall be imposed by the competent price administration according to law.
不构成犯罪的，应当依法给予行政处罚。
Whereas the case cannot constitute a crime, administrative punishments shall be meted out.
