供应价格是指物资或商业部门向生产企业供应生产资料的价格。本质上属于批发价格，但其利润水平一般低于批发价格。其中物资部门的供应价格过去曾经长期实行“以收抵支、收支平衡”的原则，即物资供应价格只收取一定的流通费用。达到收支平衡，而不计盈利。这是长期以来否认国营企业生产的生产资料是商品，否认物资企业是独立经营、自负盈亏的经济实体这种错误理论在物资供应价格上的体现。近几年来，根据有计划商品经济的理论，对生产资料价格采取“放调结合”的办法。
