价格调整是拟建项目国民经济效益评价中，因对资源估价的不同而作的价格修整。在企业经济效益评价中，一切投入物和产出物都是以现行国内实际价格来估算的，并加以比较，根据财务盈利能力来判断项目是否可行，这是企业经济效益评价的基本特征。但是由于价格体系不合理，往往造成对投入物的估价偏低，产出物的估价偏高，稀缺的外汇只能按官方汇率换算等。在国民经济效益评价中，为了克服这种缺点，要对现行国内实际价格用影子价格进行相应调整，以调整后的价格来估算投入物和产出物，项目所用外汇一般要按影子汇率换算为人民币，然后据以分析拟建项目的国民经济效益。只有经过价格调整，才能作出比较正确的评价。
