价值形态亦称“价值形式”。商品价值的表现形态,即交换价值。商品具有使用价值和价值两重属性,也就有两重表现形态。即使用价值形态和价值形态。商品的使用价值形态,就是商品本身的自然形态,可以从商品体上直接表现出来。商品的价值形态则不同。价值是商品的社会属性,只有通过不同商品之间的社会关系,即交换关系,才能表现出来。
