产业利润是指产业资本家所得到的那部分剩余价值的转化形式，表现为商品生产价格超过它的成本价格的余额，包括企业主收入和利息两个部分。商品的生产价格和成本价格之间的差额，就是平均利润，所以，产业利润在量上等于平均利润。平均利润是按照执行职能的资本数量来计算的，不论是在生产过程中执行职能的资本，还是在流通过程中执行职能的资本都要得到平均利润。
