乙方于租赁期限内，擅自转租、转让、交换房屋的；
Party B subleases, transfers or exchange premise with others without consent of Party A during the lease term.
在租赁期间，乙方将该房屋转租给第三方或与第三方交换房屋以赚取租金的，必须首先获得甲方的书面同意。
If Party a desires to sell the Premises during the lease term, it shall notify Party B in writing three months in advance.
