井穴，五俞穴的一种，穴位均位于手指或足趾的末端处。《灵枢．九针十二原篇》 ：‘所出为井’。也就是指在经脉流注方面好像水流开始的泉源一样。“井”为地下出泉；形容脉气浅小。 全身十二经脉各有一个井穴，故又称“十二井穴”。

Methods:Sixty patients with Stroke-hemiplegia were divided into two groups in the Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM:Jing-Well point acupuncture group and common acupuncture group.
