又称叠栅干涉法、莫尔纹法,一种实验应力分析方法。把栅片牢固地粘贴在试件(模型或构件)表面,当试件受力而变形时,栅片也随之变形。将不变形的栅板叠加在栅片上,栅板和栅片上的栅线便因几何干涉而产生条纹(图1),即云纹(又称叠栅条纹)。云纹法就是测定这类云纹并对其进行分析,从而确定试件的位移场或应变场。其最大优点在于实用范围广,适于弹性、塑性、蠕变,静载、动载,常温、高温等,较简便、易行。
最近, 太原工业大学杨桂通教授领导的课题组在圆柱壳塑性扭转屈 曲的实验研究中采用了影像云纹法 (shadow moire method) , 取得 了令人满意的效果 [ 18 ] .
