旅游专业术语。指导游（地接导游）为取得某个团的带团资格，而向旅行社交纳相应费用的行为，业内也称交人头。 买团费用高低与客源地、团队年龄、客人职业等因素相关，从5元/人-500元/人不等。综观全国旅游市场，地接导游不但没有工资而且还要买团，就注定游客要频繁进店和增加景点。
