个人律师事务所,是律师事务所的一种组织形式,是由一个律师投资设立的律师执业机构.其名称是某省(直辖市或自治区)加投资律师个人名字再加律师事务所构成.投资不低于10万元,由投资律师个人对外承担无限责任.其法律性质类同于一人投资的企业,但不同于一个股东的一人公司.一人公司承担有限责任,不对公司债务承担责任.我国现行律师法没有规定个人律师事务所的组织形式,但个人律师事务所最早在海南省试点,现在北京、上海、广东、河南好多省份都开始了个人律师事务所的试点工作。个人律师事务所在社区服务方面是有相当优势的。
除上述三种形式外，个人律师事务所是以个人出资形式设立的一种律师事务所，在我国提供法律服务的还有基层法律服务所和外国律师事务所代表处。
