Provided nevertheless that nothing in this Memorandum shall be deemed to increase the Limit of Indemnity in respect of any one occurrence as stated in the Schedule.

Provided always that the aggregate liability of the Company for any one accident shall not exceed the limit of indemnity stipulated in the schedule.
