上海汇丰银行大楼指香港上海汇丰银行于1923年至1955年在中国上海的分行大楼，位于上海外滩12号，又名市府大楼，今天是上海浦东发展银行的总部驻地。1921年5月5日大楼开工，1923年6月23日建成，被认为是中国近代西方古典主义建筑的最高杰作。大楼的设计者是著名的英资建筑设计机构公和洋行（Palmer & Turner Architects and Surveyors）。
汇丰银行大楼和海关大楼都出于英国设计家威尔逊，上海人民亲切地称它们为“姐妹楼”，目前仍是上海的重要标志之一。
