万斯大（1633－1683），字充宗，别字褐夫，因患足疾而自号跛翁，浙江鄞县（今宁波）人。清初著名经学家。 万泰第六子，与其弟万斯同等俱师事黄宗羲，为黄氏之高足弟子。其为人刚毅质直，义形于色。又性和易，好结纳贤豪，奖引后进。绝意进取，独精经学，广搜诸家之说，昼夜钻研，穷其旨要，尤邃于《春秋》、《三礼》。其治经学，以礼学为根柢，会通诸经，折衷群言，是浙东学派的代表人物。
