豚草（Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.）又名艾叶破布草、美洲艾，隶属于菊科豚草属，为一年生草本植物。原产北美。在我国长江流域已驯化野生成为路旁杂草。吸肥能力和再生能力极强，在土壤中吸收很多的氮和磷，造成土壤干旱贫瘠，严重影响作物生长。叶子中含有苦味物质和精油，乳牛食入可使乳品质量变坏，带有恶味。豚草还可传播病虫害，豚草花粉是引发过敏性鼻炎和支气管哮喘等变态反应症的主要病源。
