蜡丸一般采用塑制法，按处方规定数量的纯净蜂蜡，加热熔化，稍冷至70℃左右，待蜡液边沿开始凝固、表面有结膜时，倾入混合好的药粉，及时搅拌，直至混合均匀，趁热制丸。
