粉定是指中国宋代定窑所烧造的白瓷，又称“定窑白瓷”。定窑为宋代五大名窑之一。窑址在今河北曲阳涧磁村及东西燕川村，古属定州，故名。创烧于唐，极盛于北宋及金，停烧于元代。
