When this report is re-executed using Dynamic Query Mode, the report no longer produces an error.

Data from the 2009 report have been re-analyzed to be consistent with these new categories, allowing for more direct comparisons of the data across both reports.

The toolbar also supplies an icon to re-run the existing report.
