  方法:选用32只3月龄SD大鼠,雌雄不限,随机均分为四组,A组:单纯股骨干骨折组;B组:股骨干骨折合并中枢神经损伤组;C组:股骨干骨折合并周围神经损伤组(坐骨神经、股神经损伤);D组:股骨干骨折合并神经损伤组(中枢神经+周围神经);使用骨折造模支架造成股骨干骨折,脊髓损伤利用改良的Alien装置制备T10脊髓急性挫伤动物模型,造模后通过X线、组织学检查了解骨折类型、移位程度及骨折的愈合情况。
