It is show that the complexes of galloyl type hydrolysable tannins with aluminum are formed.

Under these conditions, hydrolysable tannins were eluted with 60% ethanol, the purity of which is 71.03%.

The concentrations of unhydrolysable nitrogen changed in the opposite direction from the hydrolysable nitrogen.
