  The polymorphisms of PRLR gene of 313 Northeast Min pig,Large White sows,Long sows and Duroc were investigated by PCR-SSCP and the relationship between polymorphism and litter size traits were analyzed. At the same time we analyzed these four colony whether were balanced.

  采用PCR-SSCP方法,分析了东北民猪、大白猪、长白猪和杜洛克猪共313头个体PRLR基因位点的多态性与产仔性能的关系,同时分析了这4个群体是否为平衡群体。
