Diagnosis of Cerebral Circulatory Arrest by Doppler Ultrasound in Brain Death: Do We Need the Cervical Arteries?
目的探讨急诊体外循环（ECPB）动脉灌注管位置对肺门部火器伤后心脏骤停犬心肺复苏（CPR）的影响。
Objective To determine the effect of different positioning arterial cannulation for emergency cardiopulmonary bypass(ECPB)on cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)after cardiac arrest.
方法：56名心跳呼吸骤停患者分为心肺复苏机cpr组、人工标准CPR组，比较两者循环、呼吸恢复率。
Methods: 56 patients with cardiac respiratory arrest were divided into Thumper PCR group and standard CPR group. The resuscitation rate of circulation and respiration was compared in both groups.
结论：①心肺骤停自主循环恢复患者存在急性心肌损伤；
Conclusion: Acute myocardial injuries were present in all resuscitated patients.
