结果观察组产妇回乳效果比对照组产妇好，两者比较有显著性差异（P<0.001）。
Results The effect of milk withdrawal in the experimental group was better than that of the control group and there was a significant difference between them(P<0.001).
结论对于产后不宜母乳喂养的产妇应及早采取回乳措施，最好于产后立即进行，以便取得较好的回乳效果。
Conclusion in order to achieve the better effect, the measure of milk withdrawal should be taken as early as possible for those puerperal women improper to breast feeding.
