Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of photodynamic therapy using low concentration of photosensitizer, short incubation time and red light source in the treatment of acne.
方法：单纯的PDT疗法作用于Wistar大鼠，所用的光敏剂和光量已证实对人乳腺癌转移的无胸腺大鼠有效。
Methods. A single PDT treatment was administered to healthy Wistar rats at photosensitizer and light doses known to be effective in athymic rats bearing human breast cancer metastases.
