METHODS: The ward round model of clinical pharmacists was designed and explored based on clinical practice.
方法：结合临床实践，设计临床药师的查房模式，并进行探索。
Aim To explore a pharmaceutical ward round model suitable for clinical pharmacists in gastroenterology department.
目的探索一种适合消化科临床药师药学查房切实可行的工作模式。
Methods The pharmaceutical ward round model in gastroenterology department was summarized and improved based on clinical practice.
方法结合消化科常见疾病与用药特点，进行临床药学查房实践，在此基础上不断总结和完善。
There was significant difference in the excellece rate of writing nursing history, scores of exams in nursing theory and the students' satisfaction with nursing ward-round (P<0.05) in the two groups.
结果两组护生在书写护理病历优良率、护理理论考试成绩、对护理查房效果的满意率方面比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
Conclusion: PBL method broadened the nursing students' span and structure of nursing knowledge, reinforced their comprehensive ability and improved the quality of nursing ward-round.
结论：PBL教学法拓宽了护生的知识面，完善了护生的知识结构，提高了护生综合能力和护理教学查房的质量。
