Object: Use the arthroscopy to observe the pathologic state of traumatic recurrent dislocation of shoulder joint, and as an important reference for the choice of surgical therapy.

Methods From January 2007 to July 2009, 15 patients with recurrent anterior dislocation of shoulder were analyzed retrospectively.
