Methods:32 cases of pyelolithiasis (34 kidneys) were treated by ureteroscopy ballast lithotripsy, and double J catheter was placed during operation, and then followed by postoperative ESWL.
方法：采用输尿管肾镜气压弹道碎石，术中留置双J管，术后配合ESWL治疗肾盂铸形结石32例（34个肾）。
