Objective To watch the narcosis effect of Primacaine in the oral cavity diagnosis.

Methods 28 cases of the elder treated with Primacaine were observed and retrospectively analyzed.
方法分析连续治疗的28例老年患者中麻醉剂应用的安全性。
Conclusions The Primacaine can be widely used in the oral cavity diagnosis with little noxious effect, good efficaciousness, strong osmosis, little hemorrhage and excellent pain-easing effect.
结论碧兰麻用于口腔治疗麻醉具有毒副作用小、起效快、渗透力强、出血少、镇痛效果好等优点，可广泛用于口腔诊疗的麻醉。
