Objective To improve the diagnosis of partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection (PAPVC) by comparing echocardiographic results and surgical findings.

Methods 48 patients with PAPVC proven by surgery were analyzed retrospectively. The preoperative echocardiographic findings were compared with the surgical findings.
